Astragalus Honey (Milkvetch)
is a rare mountains honey (ab.1800 mt.) produced in Iran’s mountains every years. Its smell is almost absent, while its taste is delicate. Since it is rich in fructose, it is considered an important energy resource. This honey is nearly colorless in the liquid state, and it does not crystallize if it is pure. Advised as sweetener for coffee, infusions, milk and the and it is excellent for cakes.

As the whole range of Mr.Bee honeys, in order that the Astragalus Honey keeps longer all its properties, it is extracted from the honeycombs drawn from the areas of flowering every month to avoid oxidation at high temperatures, immediately centrifuged, decanted, put into jars.
